Our First Vacation

We went on our first vacation to Bonita Springs, FL to visit Grandma and Grandpa Kennefick. We did great on the airplane - we slept the entire time both ways.

Emma made mom and dad laugh when she couldn't figure out where the voices were coming from when the pilot came on!

We went on lots of walks along the beach.


We really enjoyed our walks but unfortunately we could never stay awake to see the scenery!

Our favorite toy at Grandma and Grandpa's was the ceiling fan in their bedroom. We got to look at it with every diaper change!


We had fun getting dressed up in summer clothes! I think mom and Grandma had more fun though...






Emma wanted Claire out of the way here...but little did Emma know that Claire would try to eat her hand!

We went for our first swim in their pool.

Claire didn't mind the water, but Emma was not happy about her first swim!


We had a lot of fun playing with Grandma and Grandpa! We think they had fun too...

We got all dressed up in our bunny outfits for Easter! We got to spend some time with family. Below is a picture of Emma with Great Grandpa Kennefick.

The Last Month

We have been very busy the last month without a lot of time to update the blog! We are awake a lot more during the day now. We play with our toys, started babbling, and we even smile now! Here are some pictures from the last month.

One Month Old!

We were month old this week (February 12th)!

We had a doctor's visit and are doing a great job at gaining weight. Claire was 6.1 pounds and Emma 6.15 pounds!


We got to meet some more friends this weekend. Here are mom's spiritual sister's Shalene and Carrie.


February 16th was not only Dad's birthday but also our due date. So Mom and Dad took us out to dinner to celebrate with friends at the Chatterbox. It was our first outing to the bar! :)

First Outing Out and About

Mom and Dad took us out today for our first outing beside the doctor's office. We visited with the Kennefick family at Great Grandpa Kennefick's place.

Mom and Dad forgot one minor detail though...the diaper bag! It was forgotten by the back door. Dad had to make a run to store!

Visit from the Reinhardts

We had a visit last weekend from the Reinhardts! We met our great aunts, Linda and Patti, and great uncle Rich and got to spend some more time with Great Grandma Reinhardt!
